# Connectivity test

This page shows what a website sees when you visit it from this tab.

## How to use it

1. In Firefox, pick a country in the Vantage extension and choose **Route this tab**.
2. Open this page in that tab, or use the extension's test button.
3. Wait for the checks to finish. A check mark means the check passed; a cross means it did not.

## What each section means

- **IPv4 and IPv6 exit address**: the public addresses sites see. On a routed tab these should belong to the exit node, not to you.
- **Routing**: whether this tab is going through a Vantage exit.
- **Browser / User-Agent**: the browser details the server receives, including whether they are being changed for this tab.
- **Leak audit**: ways a site could still find your real location, such as WebRTC or an IPv6 leak. Each one should show as protected on a routed tab.

## If something fails

Reload the page. If a check still fails, report the issue from the extension so an administrator can see the details.
